    • 2. COLLECTIONS & CUSTOM ORDERS

      The pieces featured on this website represent Basil Soda’s Haute Couture and Prêt-à-Porter creations. Some designs may be available 
      by private order or appointment only. For
      inquiries regarding custom pieces, fittings, or collaborations, please contact our atelier directly using the information provided below.

    • 3. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

      Given the nature of our creations—whether made-to-measure haute 
      couture or limited prêt-à-porter—all sales are final.
      We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to sizing concerns, change of 
      mind, or personal preference.
      Clients are encouraged to request all necessary information, including sizing guidance and material details, prior to confirming an 
      order or scheduling a fitting.

    • 4. APPOINTMENTS & PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS

      Haute Couture orders are fulfilled through private appointments only and may involve in-person fittings. Each creation is uniquely tailored 
      and requires direct client collaboration.
      Scheduling is subject to availability and location.

    • 5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

      We strive to ensure that all content on the website is accurate and up to date. However, Basil Soda reserves the right to modify collections, 
      descriptions, or visuals at any time
      without prior notice.

    • 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

      All intellectual property rights related to Basil Soda’s designs, logos, names, and creative assets are protected under applicable copyright, 
      trademark, and design laws. Any

      These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall 
      fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the
      courts of Beirut.
